REGISTRATION
Please read carefully the TERMS & CONDITIONS, GENERAL INFORMATION, and all specific information associated with the tour you selected.
There are two ways to register:
1.— REGISTER ONLINE for a fast and secure registration, or
2.— CONTACT US for a link to download the Registration Form and the Release & Indemnity Agreement Form. Print, fill out, and return them signed, with a check deposit of $1000 (regular tours) per person (If you are registering for a tour to be conducted in fewer than 120 days [150 days or more in some tours], you must pay in full at the time of registration), payable to WILLIAM SUAREZ BIRDING TOURS. Mailing instructions are at the bottom of the forms.
You can make your provisional booking by email. You must provide your name, the tour name and its starting date. We will contact you as soon as possible, notifying you that we received your provisional booking. When the completed and signed forms and deposit arrive (online or by regular mail, within 7 days, or sooner), we will then notify you again, confirming your reservation. Reservations made by email are considered accepted once the deposit is received, which must occur within 7 business days. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via PayPal, check, money order, or electronic bank transfer (this last option may include bank charges that will be covered by you. For a wire transfer, contact us). Tour space for registrants is held on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit.
If you are interested in a tour that is already sold out, you can be put on a waiting list by contacting us by email. This means that if there is a cancellation, you can participate in the tour. Placing your name on the waiting list does not require an initial deposit, registration forms, or an obligation to participate in the tour.
